Medical Chart Review
An annual review of your practice’s coding and documentation is recommended by the OIG (Office of Inspector General) as part of an effective compliance program. We review to determine if the documentation is compliant, if the claim is coded correctly, and all charges are captured. We help identify and invalidate vulnerabilities before they become liabilities.

Risk Adjustment Audit
Performing an internal HCC audit helps physicians identify compliance risks before payers do. We will review random cases preferably on a quarterly basis to see if they are at high risk for an HCC audit. We will carefully review accurate and complete physician documentation. This will ensure we find undocumented chronic conditions that we will review and code.
Specialty Audits
